When we set out to find a liquor partner months ago, we knew we wanted to team up with a local brand that had cultivated a strong connection to the land and province. Despite being only a couple years old, Eau Claire Distillery has already made its mark as Alberta’s first independent craft distillery.

Located in the rugged and rural setting of Turner Valley, Eau Claire is surrounded by generations-old family farms that produce some of the finest grain in the world. We were lucky enough to walk through their entire operation, and observed firsthand just how passionate their people are about producing the best vodkas, gins, and whiskies.
