There’s something timeless about steak and wine—fire, flavour, and a table meant to be shared. Beginning April 7, join us every Tuesday evening for Sear & Sip Tuesdays, a weekly feature that brings together wood-fired cuts and thoughtfully selected bottles from our cellar.

Designed for two, enjoy expertly grilled striploin or tenderloin with classic accompaniments, paired with bold reds and vibrant whites—from Tempranillo and Malbec to Sauvignon Blanc and Pecorino—each selected to complement the depth and character of the grill.
