Whether you’re going out or staying in, we invite you to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a meal to remember! Chef Shawn has put together a $65 three-course feast that is sure to make your heart skip a beat. Pair it with one of our feature bottles of wine and you’ll be toasting to love all night long!

house cured pork belly with maple glaze, celery root, arugula pistou, pickled leeks, chicory

chicken liver pate, mushrooms, spinach, pan gravy, polenta, carrots, parsnips

pan-seared striploin, confit bison heart, king oyster mushroom, fondant potato, braised pearl onions, cabernet jus

Braised Lamb Shoulder

brined, braised and pressed lamb, cauliflower purée, flageolets, confit tomatoes, herbs, braising reduction

Croissant Bread Pudding

crème anglaise, chocolate, pecans
