Smoked Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients:
For the cocktail:
1.5oz Laphroaig Quarter Cask Scotch
0.25oz water
0.5oz fresh lemon juice
0.5oz rosemary syrup
2 dashes Black Cloud Charred Cedar bitters
1 dash cranberry bitters
Rosemary sprig
For the rosemary syrup:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
7g rosemary sprigs
Directions:
- To create the rosemary syrup, combine sugar and water in a sauce pan and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rosemary and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool, strain out the rosemary and refrigerate the syrup.
- Build the drink in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
