On Sunday, August 23, we’re firing up the grill for Brewery & The Beast, and joining more than 60 of the city’s top restaurants for an afternoon of live-fire cooking, locally sourced ingredients, and live music.

The Guild is partnering with Sub Rosa and Hudson for this one-of-a-kind culinary celebration, and will be serving a mouthwatering dish of Montreal-style brisket with grilled rye bread and house-made mustard.

Your ticket includes unlimited tastings from 20+ food and drink stations, non-alcoholic beverages, and eight (8) drink tickets for local brews, spirits, and fine wines.

Every ticket purchase also helps support the next generation of culinary talent, with a portion of proceeds funding scholarships for students in SAIT‘s Butchery and Charcuterie Management program.
