We’re thrilled to be participating in Alberta on the Plate — Alberta’s only province-wide dine around festival showcasing the incredible bounty grown and produced across our beautiful province. The festival serves as a wonderful celebration of local ingredients while highlighting the restaurants and chefs that support them.
From August 7-16, we’ll be serving up a $25 lunch and $35 dinner prix fixe menu, featuring ingredients sourced from local growers and producers. From Broxburn tomatoes in our Caprese Salad to Alberta Prairie Meats sausage in our Bannock Biscuit, our chefs are proud to highlight fresh ingredients from around the province.
