Chef Ryan O’Flynn is cooking up a lights-out brunch spread, perfectly fit for foodies and brunch connoisseurs. Hardcore options like the Merchant’s Sausage with Dirty Bird mustard are rounded out with healthy-ish fare such as Birch-roasted Grapefruit with minted yoghurt and berries.
